A site for more people
Accessibility should be part of the welcome.
We are working to make HappyNest Homes usable with different devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.
Our approach
We design and test the public site against the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. We use semantic headings, labeled controls, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, meaningful alternative text, and reduced-motion support where those patterns apply.
Known limits
Some third-party services, provider content, maps, and older listing media may not be fully controlled by HappyNest. Listing availability and content also change over time. We continue to review those surfaces and provide an alternate way to reach the team when an interaction does not work as expected.
Need another way to use the site?
Tell us which page or task was difficult, what assistive technology or device you were using, and how we can reach you. We will work with you to provide the information or next step in an accessible format.
